3. Place Your Order: Add the item to your cart and proceed with payment.

4. Provide Your Measurements: After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm your measurements. Ensure your contact details are correct at the time of payment to avoid delays.

5. For Customized Orders: After discussing your customization, we will provide details about pricing and production timelines. Once confirmed, you can proceed with payment.

Shipping: Most of our items are made to order, with a typical production time of 15 days before shipping. Customized orders may require additional production time. All made-to-order items will be shipped once completed.

Shipping Costs:

• Within Uruguay: Free shipping for purchases over $3,000.
• Within Brazil: Free shipping for purchases over R$450.
• International: Shipping costs $40 USD (via DHL).

Note: Oiku is not responsible for customs regulations, import costs, or additional fees in each country. International customers are responsible for these expenses and any potential delays.

Processing and Delivery Times: Shipping starts upon payment confirmation, considering 15 days for production for made-to-order items. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Each order is delivered to a single address and cannot be redirected after shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your order at any time.

Exchange and Return Policy: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they retain the original tags and the purchase receipt is presented. Customers in Uruguay can return items to Torres del Plata 2/1401, Yaró esquina Joaquín Lenzina, Punta del Este, Maldonado, Uruguay. Customers in Brazil can return items to Visconde do Rio Branco 734, 90220230, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
