Limited Availability: This piece is made with leftover fabric, meaning quantities are limited. Some items are unique and cannot be reproduced once the fabric is gone. For others, we may have enough fabric to create a small number of additional pieces. Each piece is unique due to the limited availability of fabric. While we can reproduce the same design in different fabrics, each variation will have its own distinct character.

Customization: We offer size customizations and adjustments upon request. Contact us for more information through our channels. Customizations may incur additional costs and are subject to fabric availability.

How to Buy:

1. Select Your Size: Review the provided measurements and consult our size guide to find your perfect fit.

2. Customization Requests: For custom sizes or adjustments, contact us before placing your order. Customizations may have an additional fee, and fabric availability can affect production time.

3. Place Your Order: Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

4. Provide Your Measurements: After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm your measurements. Ensure your contact details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

5. For Custom Orders: Once we’ve discussed your customization, we will provide details about pricing and production timelines. Upon confirmation, you can proceed with payment.

Shipping: Most of our items are made to order, with a typical production time of 15 days before shipping. Custom orders may require additional production time. All made-to-order items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

Shipping Costs:

• Within Uruguay: Free shipping for purchases over $3,000.
• Within Brazil: Free shipping for purchases over R$450.
• International: Shipping costs $40 USD (via DHL).
• Oiku is not responsible for customs regulations, import costs, or additional fees in each country. International customers are responsible for these charges and any potential delays.

Processing and Delivery Times: Shipping begins upon payment confirmation, considering 15 days of production for made-to-order pieces. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Each order will be delivered to a single address and cannot be redirected after shipping. Upon payment confirmation, production and shipping times will be confirmed via email or phone provided during purchase.

You will receive an email with a tracking code, allowing you to track your order at any time.

Exchange and Return Policy: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they retain original tags and the purchase or exchange receipt is provided.

• Uruguay Customers: Returns can be sent to Torres del Plata 2/1401, Yaró esquina Joaquin Lenzina, Punta del Este, Maldonado, Uruguay.
• Brazil Customers: Returns can be sent to Visconde do Rio Branco 734, 90220230, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.

Customers are responsible for shipping and reshipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
