Limited Availability: This piece is made from leftover fabric, meaning quantities are limited. Some pieces are unique and cannot be reproduced once the fabric runs out. For others, we may have enough fabric to create a few additional pieces. Each piece is unique due to the limited availability of fabric. While we may produce the same design in different fabrics, each variation will have its own distinctive character.

Provide Your Measurements: After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm your measurements. Make sure your contact information is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
For Custom Orders: After discussing your customization, we will provide details on pricing and production timelines. Once confirmed, you can proceed with payment.

Shipping: Most of our items are made to order, with a typical production time of 15 days before shipping. Custom orders may require additional production time. All made-to-order items will be shipped once completed.

Shipping Costs:

• Within Uruguay: Free shipping for purchases over $3,000.
• Within Brazil: Free shipping for purchases over R$450.
• International: Shipping costs $40 USD (via DHL).
• Oiku is not responsible for customs regulations, import costs, or additional fees in each country. International customers are responsible for these expenses, as well as for any potential delays.
  

Processing and Delivery Times: Shipping times start from payment confirmation, considering 15 days of production for pieces not available for immediate shipping. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Each order will be delivered to a single address and cannot be redirected once shipped. After payment confirmation, both production and shipping times will be confirmed via email or phone provided during the purchase.
You will receive an email with a tracking code, allowing you to follow your order at any time.

Exchange and Return Policy: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they retain the original tags and the purchase or exchange receipt is provided. Customers in Uruguay can return items by sending them to Torres del Plata 2/1401, Yaró esquina Joaquin Lenzina, Punta del Este, Maldonado, Uruguay. Customers in Brazil can return items to Visconde do Rio Branco 734, 90220230, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs, except in cases of defective products.
