Limited Availability:
This piece is crafted from leftover fabric, meaning quantities are limited. Some items are truly one-of-a-kind and cannot be reproduced once the fabric runs out. For others, we may have enough fabric to create a small number of additional pieces. Each garment is unique due to the limited availability of fabric. While we may produce the same design in different fabrics, each variation will have its own distinct character.

We offer size customization and adjustments upon request. Contact us for more information via one of our contact channels. Please note that customizations may come with an additional charge and are subject to fabric availability.

How to Shop:

1. Select Your Size: Review the measurements provided and refer to our size guide for the perfect fit.
2. Customization Requests: For custom sizes or adjustments, please contact us before placing your order. Customizations may incur an extra fee, and fabric availability may affect production time.
3. Place Your Order: Add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
4. Provide Your Measurements: After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm your measurements. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
5. For Custom Orders: After discussing your customization with us, we will provide details on pricing and production timelines. Once confirmed, you may proceed with payment.

Shipping:
Most of our items are made to order, with a typical production time of 15 days before shipping. Custom orders may require additional time for production. All made-to-order items will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

Shipping and Costs:
Within Uruguay: Free shipping for purchases over $3,000.
Within Brazil: Free shipping for purchases over R$450.
International: Shipping costs 40 USD (via DHL). Each shipment includes a tracking code, available on the Correo website.
Please note that Oiku is not responsible for customs regulations, import costs, or any additional fees in each country. International customers are responsible for these expenses, as well as any potential delays.

Processing and Delivery Times:
Shipping time starts from payment confirmation. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Each order will be delivered to a single address and cannot be redirected once dispatched.

You will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to track your order at any time.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they retain their original tags and the purchase or exchange receipt is presented. Customers from Uruguay can return items by sending them to Torres del Plata 2/1401, Yaró esquina Joaquin Lenzina, Punta del Este, Maldonado, Uruguay. Brazilian customers can return items to Visconde do Rio Branco 734, 90220230, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. The customer is responsible for shipping and reshipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
